What if a customer asks to sign an MSA?

The pack includes an MSA for customers who require a signed agreement. You sign an Order Form with the commercial terms, and the MSA provides the fixed legal terms. If you want context, read Terms of Service vs MSA.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been provided.
